I definitely feel your pain, although not as intensely. My Superbowl champion Steelers didn’t even make the payoffs. That being said though, I prefer not even to make them than to lose in them. Especially to lose badly.
I don’t know if you read my reply to your comment on my site, but I’m genuinely curious if you could give me any info? At least when you start cheering up a bit. Hope you feel better soon!
Man . . . what a spanking. It was 24 - 7 already when I turned it on, a little before halftime. At least my son's basketball game spared us the trauma of watching their first 3 TDs.
I hate to say it, but I had a bad feeling, when Wes got hurt, and maybe even before . . . they just didn't have the killer instinct this year. That bad feeling has helped keep me from severe depression, like in October, 2003 . . . October, 1986 . . . October, 1981 . . . October, 1975 . . .
Oh well . . . pitchers and catchers report in a little over a month, and hope springs anew.
Sorry to see Green Bay lose and Arizona win. Also, didn't want to see anymore of the Cowboys. Not certain I have a favorite to cheer on, maybe the Chargers because I once lived in San Diego... god I hope the Cowboys aren't in the Super Bowl. Jerry Jones is insufferable and Romo seems like a tool.
For the first time in my life, I was actually rooting for the Patriots. Well, not rooting, but hoping they would beat the shit of the Ravens, and then I would have rooted for whoever they faced next. I felt kind of dirty being on their side, but it's all over now. Time to root for Big Doofus and his Colts.

I am going to have to root for the Colts I guess, I hate Dallas and San Diego.

Like others, I wasn't able to decide who I wanted to win. I then picked who I wanted to lose more.
Sorry, but my wish came true. :-(
Now we need the Cravens to burn. BURN!!!
J E T S, Jets, Jets, Jets!!!
(Not that they had anything to do with the Pats loss, but still...)
