Hey Bloggers! I'm back and I missed you!
We had a grand old time and Frick got to really see NYU with her "accepted student" eyes. The weather was spectacular and the city that never sleeps did not disappoint.
On to the weekend! Happy Friday everyone and in honor of TGIF, I'm sharing with you this funny Friday story my friend shared with me.
Roger left for work on Friday morning. Friday was payday, so instead of going home, he stayed out the entire weekend partying with the boys and spending his entire pay packet.
Finally, Roger appeared at home on Sunday night, and obviously he was confronted by his angry wife, Martha who castigated Roger for nearly two hours with a tirade befitting his actions.
Finally, Martha stopped the nagging and said to Roger, 'How would you like it if you didn't see me for two or three days?'
Roger replied grimly, 'That would be fine with me.'
Monday went by and he didn't see his Martha. Tuesday and Wednesday came and went with the same results.
By the Thursday, the swelling had gone down just enough so that Roger, he could see Martha a little out of the corner of his left eye.
Have a great weekend bloggers and try think before you speak.

Think before I speak is good advice.
ReplyDeleteCandice - I know that you are appempting to be funny, but I am appaled at the attempt. Clearly there is something wrong in the relationship between these two people that one would resort to violence. It's clearly an abusive relationship that is a dis-service to each of them. I thought a little more highly of you than this Candice.
ReplyDeleteBama- lighten up Francis...
ReplyDeleteBut Roger was telling me it was totally worth it.
ReplyDeleteUHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...Welcome back Candace.
